Complaints

  1. The Seller shall be liable for non-conformity of the Goods with the contract if it is found by the Customer who is a Consumer before the expiration of 2 years from the date of Delivery. The Customer who is a Consumer is obliged to notify the Seller about the found non-conformity of the Goods with the contract no later than within 2 months from the date of finding such non-conformity.
  2. The Seller shall, within 14 (fourteen) days, respond to the complaint of the Goods reported by the Customer and notify him of the manner of further proceedings.
  3. In order to consider the complaint of the Goods, the Customer should send or deliver the complained Goods together with the proof of purchase. The complained Goods should be delivered or sent to the address of the Seller's headquarters. The Seller will reimburse the Customer for the documented shipping costs.
  4. If the complaint is resolved in favor of the Customer, the Seller will either repair or replace the Customer with a full-quality product. If the replacement or repair would expose the Client to significant inconvenience, the Seller, in accordance with the Client's request, will reduce the price or return - as a result of the Client's withdrawal from the contract - the full amount due for the advertised product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the request. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the parties are obliged to return to each other what they have mutually provided.
  5. The customer may submit a complaint to the Seller in connection with the use of free services provided electronically by the Seller. The complaint may be submitted in electronic form and sent to the electronic address of the Seller. In the complaint notification, the Customer should include his contact information and a description of the problem. The Seller shall promptly, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days, consider the complaint and respond to the Client's e-mail address, provided in the complaint notification.

 

Return of goods

  1. The Customer, who is a Consumer, may return the products without stating reasons by making a statement to that effect in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of Delivery. To meet this deadline it is sufficient for the Customer to send the return statement to the email address: support@nagllar-butik.se
  2. In the event of effective return of the Goods of sale, the contract is considered not concluded. The Customer is obliged to return the purchased Goods, immediately, no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of submission of the statement of return of products. In this case, the Customer is obliged to return the goods in unaltered condition. The return can be made by sending the goods back to the address: Sankt Pauligatan 37, 41660 Göteborg
